Official PHP SDK + Service Provider auto-discovery
The official `scell/sdk` PHP SDK v3.5.0 installs via Composer and exposes an auto-discovered Laravel Service Provider. Configuration via environment variables (`SCELL_API_KEY`), `Scell::invoices()` facade available immediately, strict PHP 8.2+ types, typed exceptions (BadRequestException, AuthenticationException, RateLimitException). Compatible with Laravel 11 and 12.
