BR-CO-26 (EN 16931 B2C rule)
Rule making buyer identifiers optional in B2C
BR-CO-26 is an EN 16931 business consistency rule that makes BT-46 (BuyerLegalOrganisation), BT-47 (BuyerTaxIdentifier) and BT-48 (BuyerVATIdentifier) optional for individual buyers (B2C). Without this rule, invoicing a final consumer would be legally blocked. Scell.io applies BR-CO-26 automatically when `buyer_is_individual: true` is provided.
