eIDAS EU-SES (Simple Electronic Signature)
Simple electronic signature compliant with EU regulation
EU-SES is the Simple Electronic Signature defined by eIDAS regulation 910/2014 (article 3.10). Attests the identity of a signer and the integrity of a document. Legal security recognised for most B2B commercial contracts (quotes, orders, simple contracts). For notarial or major acts, eIDAS QES (qualified) is required.
