Automated daily ISCA closure entry
Scell.io runs an automated daily closure every day at 00:05 UTC which: (1) locks all previous-day invoices (status `issued` → immutable), (2) computes total HT, VAT, TTC + invoice and credit-note counts, (3) appends a `daily_closing` entry to the SHA-256 chained `fiscal_entries`, (4) generates a signed PDF/A-3 CSV with chain hash, (5) emails tenant contacts with an S3 signed URL (7-day expiry). Configurable via dashboard: timezone, email contacts, export format (CSV / FEC). ISCA compliance guaranteed: the closure is immutable, verifiable via `GET /api/v1/fiscal/closings/{date}`.
